Welcome to ZIJ. These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZIJ website and your purchase of products through our online store.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service.
1. ORDERS & ACCOUNTS
Customers may place orders through the ZIJ website.
Creating an account is not required to place an order. However, an account is required to participate in and benefit from the ZIJ Loyalty Program.
ZIJ reserves the right to cancel an order when necessary, including when a product is unavailable, there is a clear error in the displayed price or product information, the order cannot be confirmed, or customer information is inaccurate or incomplete.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, our customer service team will contact the customer to explain the available options. Where possible, the customer may choose an available alternative product.
2. ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders must be confirmed before shipment.
Order confirmation may be completed through WhatsApp or telephone communication.
If the customer does not respond to our attempts to confirm the order within two business days, the order will be cancelled and will not be shipped.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
ZIJ currently accepts:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- InstaPay
- Electronic Wallets
- Bank Card Payments, where available
For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully completed before the order is processed for shipment.
4. PRICES & VAT
All prices displayed on the ZIJ website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
ZIJ reserves the right to change product prices at any time.
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the customer completes the purchase.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
ZIJ currently offers delivery within Egypt.
International shipping may be available upon prior coordination with our customer service team.
Shipping fees vary depending on the customer's governorate and location. Shipping fees are determined by the applicable shipping company and may change according to its rates and policies.
The applicable shipping fee will be displayed to the customer before completing the purchase.
Estimated delivery time is generally 2–5 business days, depending on the customer's location and governorate.
ZIJ works with established shipping companies to provide a reliable delivery experience and minimize unnecessary delays.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are subject to ZIJ's Return & Refund Policy and applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.
Products must meet the applicable return and exchange conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
7. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a product has a manufacturing defect or a defect in the fabric or material, the customer may request a return or exchange in accordance with applicable law and ZIJ's Return & Refund Policy.
Returned products may be inspected by our Quality Control team.
8. SALE & DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS
Products purchased as part of a sale or promotional discount are subject to the terms of the applicable promotion.
Discounted products may be subject to different return or exchange conditions, as described in our Return & Refund Policy and subject to applicable law.
9. PRODUCT COLORS & IMAGES
ZIJ makes every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible.
However, the actual color of a product may vary slightly from the color displayed on the website due to photography lighting, screen settings, display technology, and device resolution.
Minor variations in color do not necessarily indicate a difference in the product itself.
10. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, specifications, and other product information may be updated from time to time.
ZIJ reserves the right to update product information when necessary.
The information and price displayed at the time an order is completed will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
11. PRODUCT CARE
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their ZIJ products.
Care instructions are included on the care card provided with the product.
Damage resulting from failure to follow the recommended care instructions may not be considered a manufacturing defect, subject to applicable law.
12. COUPONS & PROMOTIONAL CODES
Only one coupon or promotional code may be used per purchase.
Coupons and promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions specified at the time of the promotion.
13. LOYALTY PROGRAM
ZIJ may offer a Loyalty Program for registered customers.
Participation in the Loyalty Program requires the customer to have an account.
The benefits, rewards, terms, and conditions of the Loyalty Program may be updated from time to time.
14. CANCELLATION BY ZIJ
ZIJ reserves the right to cancel an order when necessary, including:
- The product becoming unavailable.
- A clear error in the displayed price or product information.
- The inability to confirm the order.
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
- Other circumstances that prevent ZIJ from properly fulfilling the order.
If a prepaid order is cancelled by ZIJ, any applicable refund will be processed according to the payment method used and applicable law.
15. CUSTOMER INFORMATION & PRIVACY
ZIJ collects and processes customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Customer information may be used to process orders, confirm orders, arrange delivery, process payments, handle returns and exchanges, provide customer service, and manage customer accounts and the Loyalty Program.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content appearing on the ZIJ website, including the ZIJ name and logo, brand identity, photographs, videos, product designs, written content, product descriptions, graphics, and website design, is owned by ZIJ or used with appropriate authorization.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from ZIJ, except where permitted by applicable law.
17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
ZIJ may use third-party service providers to provide payment processing, shipping, website functionality, analytics, and other services necessary to operate the online store.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
18. FORCE MAJEURE
ZIJ is not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including extraordinary events, natural disasters, government restrictions, major transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.
Applicable shipping-company policies and applicable law will apply where such circumstances affect delivery.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ZIJ will take reasonable steps to provide accurate product information and a reliable shopping experience.
However, ZIJ is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control or for interruptions caused by third-party service providers, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
ZIJ may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms of Service shall be handled by the competent authorities and courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to the customer under applicable law.
